For help with portal-related questions, contact customer service by chat via the icon in the lower right corner, by email at support@csutransferplanner.myliaison.com, or by phone at 617-431-5741. Note the following:
- Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 5 PM PT.
- On September 30, 2023 only, hours of operation for chat and email will be extended to 6 AM – 7 PM PT.
- For the quickest response, contact us by chat.
- We typically provide responses to emails within two business days; however, response times can take up to three business days when we’re at our busiest.
- Be sure to have the email address associated with your CSU Transfer Planner account when contacting customer service.

- Deadline requirements
- Prerequisites

- Admission decisions and interview questions
- Content and duration of a particular school's program
