Major Requirements and ADT Progress

Overview

For each of your followed programs, you can view your major requirements and Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) progress on the My Transfer Plan page. This allows you to track your current course load, ensure you are on track to transfer to a CSU, and possibly shorten the time spent earning your degree at a CSU as you can be more strategic with your course selections.

Viewing Major Requirements

To view a CSU program's major requirements that are suggested for transfer, select one of your followed programs and select Major requirements from the Degree Type drop-down. If desired, you can also filter by catalog year and course progress (e.g., not complete, planned/in-progress, completed).

Click on a course to view which courses you can take at your community college to fulfill the CSU program's course requirements. If needed, click Add to Academic History to add a course to your CSU Transfer Planner account.

Viewing Articulation Agreements

Each CSU program has an articulation agreement that includes details about the major and a link to the ASSIST.org page for additional information.

To access a CSU program's articulation agreement, click the document icon next to Academic Pathway.

Viewing ADT Progress

If you have added an ADT degree that is similar to your selected major (e.g., you are pursuing an ADT in History and have selected a History degree at a CSU), then you can view your ADT progress for your followed programs. To do so, select one of your followed programs and select Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) from the Degree Type drop-down. If desired, you can filter by course progress (e.g., not complete, planned/in-progress, completed).

Click on a course to view which courses you can take at your community college to fulfill your ADT requirements. If needed, click Add to Academic History to add a course to your CSU Transfer Planner account.
