You may request that your Cal State Apply account be placed on hold (i.e., deactivated) if you have not used the account to submit to any programs. If you already submitted to any programs using the account, we cannot place the account on hold.
To place your in-progress account on hold:
Email customer service at support@calstateapply.myliaison.com with your full name, CAS ID, and the following statement (note: hold requests must be received via email—requests are not accepted via telephone or chat):
"I authorize Cal State Apply to place my Cal State Apply account on hold. Furthermore, I understand that this account can no longer be used within this cycle or in future cycles."
