Applicant Reports: A group of reports available in WebAdMIT and the Association Portal that specifically focus on applicants and data about those applicants at a specific organization - either as individual applicants or as a pool (by status). These reports do not offer any comparative data to the CAS application pool as a whole. The scoring report and cumulative roster reports are good examples of applicant reports.

Report Name: Name of the report as seen on the Report Manager drop down that users will pick when adding or editing a report in WebAdMIT.	Admissions User: Indicates whether a report is available to admissions users.	Association User: Indicates whether a report is available to association users.	Available by Lists: Indicates whether a report can be scoped by (or created using) Lists.	Generated as PDF: Indicates whether a report can be generated as a PDF.	Description: Details of what each report entails.	Recommended Usage: When should this report be turned on
A-G Subjects Report	Yes	No	N0	No	Snapshot of applicants who complete high school and college coursework and match that coursework to A-G subjects. Applicants by Application Status	Yes	Yes	Yes	No	This is a list of every applicant to a school or CAS, including the Application Status and Decision Code, and is turned on as part of activating Application Statuses and Decision Codes.	This report will be enabled for all CASs.
CAPTE AAR	Yes	No	No	Yes	This is a report that generates data for PT Programs useful during their CAPTE accreditation process.	This report is not intended for use outside of PTCAS.
Colleges Attended with Degrees	Yes	No	Yes	Yes	This is a list of every applicant, any colleges for which they have a degree record, and the degree recorded. Note that each instance of a degree will result in a separate row for the applicant, and is turned on as part of the 'Colleges Attended' and 'Program Level Transcripts' sections. Note: this will include up to 4 degrees earned at the same college.	This report will be enabled for CASs using any of the standard Colleges Attended blocks.
Coursework	Yes	No	Yes	No	A detailed grid of all coursework data for applicants in the list selected.	This report should not be turned on if the CAS is not collecting coursework.
Designations by Application Status	Yes	Yes	No	Yes	This is a list of every program, with a count of the number of designations in each of the WebAdMIT standard application statuses.	This report will be enabled for all CASs.
Designations by Decision Code	Yes	Yes	No	Yes	This is a report of designations by decision code.	This report will be enabled for all CASs if decision codes are configured.
Evaluations Report	Yes	No	Yes	No	This is a report that lists each evaluation, in detail, for each applicant and includes the applicant name. Like the Colleges Attended with Degrees report, this is one evaluation per row, tied together by the CAS ID. It can only be used in CAS 3.X CASs, and is turned on as part of the 'Evaluations' section.	This report is intended for use with CAS level evaluations. This does not work for program-level evaluations.
Feeder School Report	Yes	Yes	Yes	Yes	This is a report that includes a count of the number of applicants from each school that an applicant (to the programs about which the report was run) has denoted as a primary college. For some technical reason, this report only runs for ADEA AADSAS. At some point we hope to upgrade this. The upgrade, however, is not on the schedule. GRE General Official	Yes	No	Yes	Yes	This is a list of applicant applicant that has submitted official GRE scores to a the school, and their official results. Note that if an applicant has reported more than a one test results, each result will show on a separate row for the applicant.	This report should only be turned on if the CAS is collecting official GRE scores.
High School Coursework	Yes	No	Yes	No	This is a report that will show all High School Coursework entered for applicants. Initially build for Cal State Apply.	This report should only be turned on if the High Schools Attended3 option is being used.
Local and Prerequisite GPAs	Yes	No	Yes	Yes	This is a summary of the average results of local and prerequisite GPA calculations for an applicant pool and is turned on as part of the 'Prerequisites' section.	This report should only be enabled if the CAS is collecting any coursework.

Multiple Designations	Yes	No	No	Yes	This is a summary of the number of applicants that e-submitted to a particular number of designations, so that users can see how many applicants in a pool e-submitted to 1, 2,3,4,5,6, and etc. designations.	This report will be enabled for all CASs but was built for association users to determine the average number of designations per applicant.
Payment Data	Yes	No	Yes	No	A report containing all payment data for each applicant. This data includes payments, fee waivers, and coupons.	This report is intended for CAS utilizing the "Single Program Submission" feature.
Multi Row In Progress	Yes	No	Yes	No	This report is similar to the In Progress report with a few differences: Multi-row designation files list the applicant's information on one row for each program they've selected at your organization. This report only includes an applicant's In Progress designations. You can include the Multi-Row In Progress Report .csv and .xls files in an SFTP file transfer.	This new report can help CRM and integration projects, as you can pull In Progress applicant data with a consistent, set column format, regardless of the number of programs an applicant is interested in.

Schools Attended with Degrees	Yes	No	No	Yes	This is a report built for AAMC similar to Colleges attended with Degrees. This is using AAMC specific language and a few other changes. This may be able to be filtered based on primary college only as well.	This report is not intended for use outside of AAMC.
