Build Exports in WebAdMIT 

Use the instructions found in our Exporting Data article to build your export in WebAdMIT with these specifications:

• Select a multi-row designation file.
• Include column headings.
• While setting the number of columns to include in your export, consider limiting it to 8 columns, as Informatica tasks may time out when attempting to import too many columns.

Note that custom questions in WebAdMIT are represented in exports with a unique ID. When transfer settings are performed for cycle over cycle changes, the unique ID of the custom question also changes cycle over cycle. For this reason, your Informatica setup will need to be adjusted for the mappings and mapping tasks for these custom questions. To avoid adjusting your informatica setup each cycle, you can also choose to use the custom column heading feature to enter program-level internal question labels. This will allow these questions to roll over from cycle to cycle.
