Using Signal
Signals capture a snapshot of your dashboard at a specific point in time. By providing a static view of dynamic data, Signals help you and your team monitor progress toward goals and stay aligned on key timelines. Email notifications provide a summary of your class’s current status, highlighting important changes and, when available, the factors contributing to them.

Weekly Signal Report
By default, Othot emails the Weekly Signal Report every Monday at 12:00 PM ET to all users. It includes visualizations of changes in predictions and counts over the past 7 days, along with cumulative totals from earlier periods. For Retention users, the report analyzes the past 30 days instead of 7.
The default Weekly Signal Report contains the visualizations described below. Contact support@othot.com for any customization requests, such as:
- Report frequency.
- Date/time sent.
- Report Recipients.
- Visualizations.
