Working with Your Preconfigured Segments

Your instance of Outcomes comes with several features preconfigured to make it easier for you to get started. In this article, you'll find screenshots of the settings for each preconfigured Segment.

Application Segments

Segments are available for applications and contacts. Review the screenshots below to see the settings of your Application Segments.

Accepted Applications

Program Review Team

Program Review Team Segment settings

This Segment is to filter applications to be assigned to specific Review Teams. The above settings apply to the Program X Review Team, Program Y Review Team, and Program Z Review Team Segments. As constructed, these Segments will not pull in applications when your program goes live. Be sure to select the appropriate Program Name when adding your filters.

Submitted CAS Applications

Submitted CAS Applications count

This Segment is for use in Goals as it keeps track of your program's submitted applications.

Yield Rate

Submitted CAS Applications count

This Segment is for use in Goals as it keeps track of completed applications with an Accept or Deny decision applied.

Segments are available for applications and contacts. Review the screenshots below to see the settings of your Contact Segments.

In Progress Application

This Segment is to filter contacts to receive Marketing communications. You can use them in Marketing Campaign Tracks.
