Overview
In this section, you can enter your activities, accomplishments, and recognitions in several categories or types. Consider the duties you performed and choose the category that you think fits best. Do not enter high school activities in this section.
Please note that the order in which your experiences are entered on this page does not determine the order in which they are displayed to your residency sites.
If you do not want to report any activities, click the I am leaving this section blank intentionally checkbox.
Once you submit your application, you cannot edit this section.
Enter Your Activity
- Select the appropriate category from the drop-down.
- Click Add New Entry.
- Enter information about the activity.
- Click Save.
- Continue adding activities as needed.
