Update Your Profile

You can update basic information about yourself on the My Profile page. To access, click the Applicant Menu (person icon) in the lower left corner of the application and select My Profile. Then, click the pencil icon to make changes.

My Profile

Name

Enter or update your legal name, including suffixes. PhORCAS will use this name in all communications.

Email and Phone

Enter or update your email address and phone number(s).

Text and Phone Authorization

Click the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and authorize calls and/or text messages to the mobile phone number entered in the Phone section above.

European Union Data Protection

Indicate if you are currently located in a European Union country, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland.

Privacy & Security

Use this section to change your password. Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters and include a number, capital letter, lowercase letter, and a special character.

If desired, you can set up two-factor authentication (2FA) using any standard 2FA app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc.). To do so:

  1. Click Set Up.
  2. Scan the provided QR code with your phone using a 2FA app, or copy the code and paste it into the 2FA app.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to complete the setup.
  4. Click Enable.

Payment History

In this section, you can review your payment history. Click the arrow to the right of the payment(s) to see a copy of your receipt(s). Note that it may take up to 24 hours for recent payments to post to your account and be visible on this page.

Application PDFs

View application PDFs of your currently selected programs and previous PhORCAS you applied to, if applicable. Note that PDFs are not available if the Biographic Information and Contact Information sections of your application have not been completed or you have not selected any programs.
