Update Your Profile

You can update basic information about yourself on the My Profile page. To access, click your name in the upper right of the application and select My Profile.

Your Legal Name

Enter or update your legal name, including suffixes. PharmCAS will use this name in all communications.

Contact Information

Enter or update your email address and phone number(s).

Text and Phone Authorization

Click the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and authorize calls and/or text messages to the mobile phone number entered in the Contact Information section above.

Account Information

Use this section to change your username.

European Union Data Protection

Indicate if you are currently located in a European Union country, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland.

Privacy & Security

Use this section to change your password.

If desired, you can set up two-factor authentication (2FA) using any standard 2FA app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc.). To do so:

  1. Click Set Up.
  2. Scan the provided QR code with your phone using a 2FA app, or copy the code and paste it into the 2FA app.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to complete the setup.
  4. Click Enable.

Extended Profile

Indicate your application plans:

  • Current applicant: applicants applying in the current 2024-2025 cycle only (i.e., 2025 entering class).
  • Applicant for the 2025-2026 (Next) Application Cycle (i.e., 2026 entering class)
  • Applicant for Future Cycle Beyond 2025-2026: applicants who plan to apply in a future cycle after Fall 2025.
  • Undecided: applicants whose application plans are undecided.
  • Non-Applicant: applicants not planning to begin a program (i.e., parent, teacher/advisor, etc.).
