Coupon Code FAQs
Coupon codes are application fee discounts you can use to incentivize applicants to apply. If your institution uses this program, it will purchase coupon codes from Liaison and provide them to selected applicants.
In the 2026-2027 cycle, PharmCAS offers coupon codes with the following values:
- $180 for the first program selection
- $60 for each additional program selection
PharmCAS coupon codes must be used by the cycle close date, June 30, 2027.

Are coupon codes different than fee waivers?
What is the process for payment between Liaison and institutions?
Institutions can purchase coupon codes via the PharmCAS Coupon Code Gateway. First, enter your contact information and select the number of codes you want to purchase. Then, submit your request and enter your payment information. You can pay via credit card or PayPal.
Once you purchase coupon codes, you'll receive a receipt and your coupon codes within two business days.

When you offer an applicant a coupon code, share the following information with them:
- Enter the coupon code(s) on the PharmCAS payment page.
- Use the coupon codes before the program's deadline date.
- Do not share the coupon codes with others, as it can only be redeemed once.
- Apply the coupon codes to the school that offered it.
