Configuring Application Review Tools
The Program Portal is pre-configured with a number of items, but you can customize them to meet your program's needs. In this section, you'll learn how to use the Settings menu to configure relevant items.
- Configuring Segments
- Segments are groups of applicants who meet a specific set of criteria. Segments are accessible throughout the platform.
- Configuring Phases
- As applicants progress through the review process, you'll need to categorize them so you know where they stand in your process. This categorization is done via Phases.
- Configuring Review and Scoring Forms
- Evaluation Forms are used to capture reviewer feedback.
- Configuring the Application Summary View
- Customize which fields appear in the Application Summary and Application Sidebar.
- Configuring the Holistic Score
- The holistic score considers all aspects of an applicant and is customizable by you to align with your program's mission and goals.
- Configuring Dashboards & Running Reports
- The Dashboard is the landing page where you arrive after logging in, offering a customizable view of key reports through interactive charts. You can create additional reports in the Reporting section of the left menu, and these reports can also be added to the dashboard.
- Configuring Workflows and Automation
- Use workflow and automation features to help streamline tasks, with workflows triggering actions based on events and automation executing tasks at scheduled intervals.
