This release includes enhancements for Application Review, Communication Planner, Engage, Events, Group Assignment, Portal, Recruitment Manager, Retention, and TX Forms, as well as defect fixes for Communication Planner, Communities, Email, Engage, Events, Payment Connector, Portal, Retention, Telemarketing, and TX Forms.

Enhancements

Application Review

Version 2605.0

Base

Version 2605.3

  • Addressed AXE-reported accessibility issues in Group Assignment to improve compliance and provide a more inclusive experience for all users.
  • Resolved AXE, keyboard navigation, and screen reader accessibility failures in the Portal, enhancing navigation and readability for users with assistive technologies.

Communication Planner

Version 2605.0

  • Communication Planner Recipient interactions record email engagement activity (opens, clicks, bounces, and more) to Salesforce at the recipient level, providing EBM-style tracking tailored to tracks and elements. For details, see Recipient Interactions Overview.
    • A new object, Recipient Interaction [TX_CommPlanner__Recipient_Interaction__c], has been added to support the Recipient interactions feature.
  • SMS Inbox displays a visual notification in the left pane for inboxes with unread messages, improving visibility and helping you quickly identify conversations that need attention.
  • Administrators can update the Student ID field in SMS settings directly in the UI, streamlining configuration.

Engage

Version 2605.0

  • Improved accessibility in Engage by addressing keyboard navigation, screen reader, and AXE-reported issues, making the experience more usable and compliant for all users.

Events

Version 2605.6

  • Fixed keyboard navigation accessibility issues in Events to ensure users can reliably navigate and interact with event interfaces via keyboard alone.
  • A new custom setting, Account Update Batch Size, in Events settings lets you lower the batch size limit so the job processes smaller record groups that stay comfortably within CPU limits. Together with performance enhancements that optimize the Next School Visit Trigger batch job for large data volumes, this improves reliability and scalability under heavy load.

Recruitment Manager

Version 2605.0

  • The ContactMergeRollup process has been enhanced to properly handle asynchronous execution failures, improving system reliability and ensuring users are notified of issues in real time.

Retention

Version 2605.2

  • Improved SSC accessibility by fixing keyboard navigation and screen reader issues, helping users who rely on assistive technologies more easily navigate and understand content.
  • The Retention AdvisingRollUpBatch process has been enhanced to ensure failures are properly caught and processed, improving stability, error visibility, and overall reliability of Retention rollups.

TX Forms

Base Version 2605.3

  • TX Forms response records with upload fields prevent unauthorized attachment changes by blocking new uploads and modifications during view or edit, ensuring data integrity and consistent attachment handling.

Resolved Defects

Communication Planner

Version 2605.0

  • (CL-2518) The Communication Planner Template Builder loads reliably. Previously, the editor failed to load consistently, preventing the editing of email templates.
  • (CL-2522) Cloned Email quick messages in Communication Planner send as expected even when related records are inactive. Previously, cloned quick messages failed to send when the associated track or related items were inactive.
  • (CL-2540) Archived Campaigns and Tracks appear correctly in the Report Validator email content. Previously, archived records were not represented accurately in the validator output.
  • (CL-2543) Messages scheduled within fixed date tracks send on the intended date, ensuring both SMS and email elements deploy together as planned. Previously, in some campaigns, email messages were delayed by one day while SMS messages were deployed on schedule. This caused timing and relevancy issues for users scheduling same-day communications.
  • (CL-2554) The Delivered Percentage on email campaign metrics is correctly calculated as Delivered Emails ÷ Emails Sent, without deduplication. Previously, the calculation incorrectly deduplicated delivery and send records before computing the percentage. This caused the Delivered Percentage to display inaccurately in some cases, even when the raw counts for delivered and sent emails were correct.
  • (CL-2562) Admins can open the SMS Inbox in Communication Planner without timeout errors, even when assigned to multiple inboxes. Previously, some admin users experienced a “Problem Loading Contents” error when accessing the SMS Inbox due to server timeouts. This occurred in orgs with a high number of inboxes and prevented access until the timeout limit was extended.

Communities

Version 2605.0

  • (CL-2529) Updates to the community code deploy successfully and correctly track UTM campaign details. Previously, deployment failed because test coverage was slightly below the required level after UTM tracking improvements were added.

Email

Version 2605.0

  • (CL-2500) The Description field for Condition Sets in email templates supports more than 255 characters without truncation or errors. Previously, descriptions exceeding 255 characters caused issues saving or displaying the template.

Engage

Version 2605.0

  • (CL-2531) The wording for the Engage SMS opt‑in message clearly reflects the correct consent language for texting. Previously, the opt‑in text was unclear and required an update to better describe SMS enrollment.

Events

Version 2605.6

  • (CL-2222) Appointment Scheduler consistently respects the selected Location when scheduling. Previously, some appointments ignored the chosen Location and were created with incorrect or default values.
  • (CL-2295) Event registrations are protected from accidental overwriting when multiple updates occur. Previously, certain actions could overwrite existing registration data for an Event.
  • (CL-2350) The Event Nearby feature displays the correct City and State for events. Previously, city and state values were sometimes incorrect or missing in nearby‑event results.
  • (CL-2528) Students can register and pay for paid events using shared discount codes with TouchNet, even when multiple costs and discounts are involved, without encountering payment error messages. Previously, for TouchNet-paid events using discounts, only the first registrant using a given discount code could complete payment; later registrants saw errors about multiple payment attempts and could not confirm their payments.
  • (CL-2533) The Appointment Scheduler allows appointments to be booked during the last week of the year. Previously, users could not schedule appointments for dates falling in the final week of the calendar year.
  • (CL-2550) When attendees re-register for paid Events, the on‑screen wording accurately describes the registration and payment status. Previously, the messaging was inaccurate and confused users about fees when re-registering.

Payment Connector

Version 2605.0

  • (CL-2528) For Events using TouchNet, paid registrations with discounts process without error. Previously, combining a discount with a TouchNet‑processed paid Event could generate an error and block payment.

Portal

Base Version 2605.3

  • (CL-2564) Students can start a new application in Online App, App Dashboard, and Portal when using application forms that were migrated with the app form migration tool. Previously, students could not start a new application if the Application Configuration contained only migrated forms with a future deadline and the student had not yet started any applications.

Retention

Version 2605.2

  • (CL-2483) Kudos and Alerts are consistently associated with the correct Course records. Previously, they could be linked to the wrong Course records.
  • (CL-2491) The Success Score batch job follows the intended schedule and runs at the configured times. Previously, scheduling issues caused the batch to run at unexpected times or not at all.
  • (CL-2552) The Faculty Early Alerts Type picklist supports special characters in its values. Previously, using special characters in the Type picklist caused errors or prevented saving.

Telemarketing

Version 2605.0

  • (CL-2446) The TelemarketingControllerTest class minimizes unnecessary SOQL calls and completes without error. Previously, the test class exceeded Salesforce governor limits, preventing the deployment of the change set.

TX Forms

Base Version 2605.3

  • (CL-2519) The SavedResponseView Visualforce component on the Contact page loads expected responses without issue. Previously, the page intermittently rendered blank when the component was present.
  • (CL-2520) The TX Forms Responses view scrolls through the full student list without issue. Previously, the view broke when you scrolled to the bottom of the list.
