Working with Salesforce Flows

 

When you begin working with Flows you should ensure that you update your Process Automation Settings so that your users are notified if a Flow fails:

  1. Navigate to Setup and search for Process Automation Settings.
  2. Set the Default Workflow User as your Salesforce Admin (this should not be set to the TargetX Integration user). For more information, see the Salesforce Help & Training article Identify Your Salesforce Org’s Default Workflow User.
  3. Set an Automated Process User Email Address. This must be a verified Org-Wide Email Address.
  4. Decide if you want the last modifier of a flow to get the failure message or if you want to set a group of users who would receive all Apex Exceptions (not recommended). For more information, see the Salesforce Help & Training article Select Flow and Process Error Email Recipients.
