Creating a Community Themes tab

  1. Navigate to Setup and search for Tabs.

Note:  If using Salesforce Lightning, navigate to Setup, then search for and click on Tabs.

  1. Select New.
  2. From the Object list, select Community Themes.
  3. Select a Tab Style.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Under Add to Profiles, select which Profiles should display the new tab. Indicate ‘Default OFF’ for ALL Profiles except System Administrator.
  6. Select Next.
  7. Under Add to Custom Apps, select the Online Application App to include the new tab.
  8. Select Save.
