Merging Contact Owner Email and Vanity into From and Reply Fields

  1. Navigate to the App Picker in the top right corner and select the Email application.
  2. Click the Campaign Builder tab.
  3. Select the Campaigns icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  4. Select the Campaign you wish to edit.
  5. In the Details step of the campaign set-up, you can choose between a Record Owner From/Reply vanity and email or a global vanity and email.
    • To set the Contact/Lead owner’s vanity and email address as the From/Reply, check the Use Record Owner name/email radio button under the “From Name” and “Reply Name” fields.
    • To use a global vanity and email address for all recipients, leave the radio button unchecked.

Notes:

  • The default vanity settings pull from the entries on the “Email Preferences” tab under “General Information.”
  • Seed lists and Test lists do not have owners, so recipients on these lists will not see a contact owner-specific vanity/email.
