Adding Students to your queue

Once an Advisor is available in a room, they can select theAdd Student icon icon in the top right to add a student:

  1. In the new window, enter a Student ID and SMS Number for the student to receive SMS messages related to the meeting.
  2. Select Continue.
  3. Select a Reason for your visit and an Advisor, and enter any other information relevant to the request.
  4. Click Add Student.

Adding students that don't exist in the TargetX CRM

If a student does not have a record in the TargetX CRM when Check-In occurs, a message will display with the option to create a new record:

Clicking the link will display First Name and Last Name fields to populate. Select Add Student to create a new Contact record.
