Configuring Appointment Picklists

Organization Event object

  1. Navigate to Setup and select Object Manager.
  2. Click the Organization Event object.
  3. Click Fields & Relationships.
  4. Select the picklist field you want to update, such as Appointment Reason.    
  5. Scroll to the Values section.
  6. Verify the values are listed in the desired order.
  7. Make any necessary changes to the values.
  8. Save your changes.
  9. Repeat for each Appointment-related picklist in the Organization Event object: 
  • Appointment Reason
  • Appointment Cancellation Reason
  • Location
  • Time Zone

Appointment Time Range object

  1. Navigate to Setup and select Object Manager.
  2. Click the Appointment Time Range object.
  3. Click Fields & Relationships.
  4. Select the picklist field you want to update, such as Location.    
  5. Scroll to the Values section.
  6. Verify the values are listed in the desired order.
  7. Make any necessary changes to the values.
  8. Save your changes.
  9. Repeat for each Appointment-related picklist in the Appointment Time Range object: 
  • Location
  • Meeting Modality
  • Time Zones

User object

  1. Navigate to Setup and select Object Manager.
  2. Click the User object.
  3. Click Fields & Relationships.
  4. Select the picklist field you want to update, such as Admin Departments.    
  5. Scroll to the Values section.
  6. Verify the values are listed in the desired order.
  7. Make any necessary changes to the values.
  8. Save your changes.
  9. Repeat for each Appointment-related picklist in the User object: 
  • Admin Departments
  • Appointment Reasons
  • Main Departments
