Configuring Appointment Reasons

  1. Navigate to Setup and select Object Manager.
  2. Locate the object you wish to update (Organization Event or User) and select Custom Fields.
  3. Select the Appointment Reasons custom field from the list.
  4. In the Picklist Values list; add New, Reorder or Replace the values in the list as needed.
  5. ​You can select a Default value if you choose.
  6. Save your changes.
