1. Login to your Source Org.
2. Navigate to the TargetX Builder tab.
3. Click on Group Assignment.
4. Click on the gear icon [ ], then select Publish Settings.
5. Click the Migrate button next to the trigger you want to test.
6. Click the Migrate button at the bottom of the window.
7. Click the toggle for Validate Only.
8. Enter the credentials for the Target Org.
9. Click the Validate Migration button. A red status message will appear at the top of the modal with the message "Migration is running in validation mode." This message should persist throughout the operation.
10. When validation completes, a message on the Group Assignment home page should say "Validation succeeded" if successful or a relevant error message if there was a problem during the validation process.

In the target org, under Setup > Deployment Status, you should see your deployment record with the corresponding mode Validate/Deploy and a status. If you need further assistance in interpreting these errors, contact your Project Manager or the TargetX Support Team.

If your validation was successful, you are ready to Publish/Deploy your trigger to production.

Note: If Remote Site Settings are incorrect or missing, you will receive an error about an Unauthorized endpoint. To resolve this, copy the URL from the error message and create a NEW Remote Site Setting with the Callback URL = the URL in the error message.
