Customizing the Student Facing Application Tracker Page

Custom Object Field Sets

1. Navigate to Setup and select Object Manager.
2. Choose the object whose fields you'd like to configure for use on the App Tracker
3. Scroll to the section labeled "Field Sets"
4. Click "Edit" on the App Tracker field set
5. Drag the fields you wish to appear on the student-facing page from the top navigation section into the box below labeled "In the Field Set."
6. When finished, click "Save"

Standard Object Field Sets

1. Navigate to Setup and search for Customize.
2. Follow steps 2-6 above.

Configuring Field Sets for the Application Details Section

1. Navigate to Setup and select Object Manager.
2. Select the Application object
3. Scroll to the section labeled "Field Sets"
4. Click "Edit" on the "App Tracker Details" field set
5. Drag the fields you wish to appear on the student facing page from the top navigation section into the box below labeled "In the Field Set"
6. When finished, click "Save"

Note:  Each section of the App Tracker has default fields displayed (noted below). You should not try and add those fields to the field set, as it could lead to errors. After changing field sets, please test the App Tracker site to confirm it works as expected. 

Contact Object: FirstName, LastName, MailingCity, MailingState, OwnerId
Application Object: TargetX_SRMb__Contact__c, TargetX_SRMb__Possible_Academic_Major__c, TargetX_SRMb__Start_Term_and_Year__c, CreatedDate
Test Object: TargetX_SRMb__Application__c, TargetX_SRMb__Test__c, TargetX_SRMb__Test_Date__c,  TargetX_SRMb__Score_Validated__c
Checklist Item: TargetX_SRMb__Application__c, Name
Enrollment History Object:  TargetX_SRMb__Application__c, TargetX_SRMb__Account__r.Name,  TargetX_SRMb__Official_Transcripts_Received__c
Essay: TargetX_SRMb__Application__c
Recommendation Object: Name, TargetX_SRMb__Application__c,  LastModifiedDate, TargetX_SRMb__Status__c
User Object: Id, Name, Phone, Email
