The issue preventing some users from accessing and/or logging into UChat was resolved at 1:30PM Eastern time. If you are experiencing a current issue, please contact the TargetX Support Team via a case in the User Community.

We are aware of an issue impacting Customers who use UChat. Individual users are experiencing problems accessing UChat and/or logging in. Not all schools or individual users are affected at this time.

If you are experiencing an issue logging in, please submit a case via the User Community. We are working to identify and correct the problem.

We will notify you via email when additional information is available, or the issue is corrected.
