RESOLVED
We have identified and corrected the issue that prevented recipient data from being passed back into the CRM. Data that had not previously been passed back into client orgs is currently in the process of updating.
We expect that all data will be fully updated by 8AM Eastern (Tuesday, November 18).
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we’ve worked to correct this situation.
[11/17/25 12:18 PM]
We are aware of an issue with the Comm Planner where elements are successfully sending, but a data sync problem is not allowing some recipient data to not pass back into the CRM. This is causing individual activity and recipient lists to incorrectly show that the broadcasts were not received. As a result, some drip campaigns are sending more than once to recipients, as the system does not recognize that the previous broadcast was received.
Fixed date tracks are not impacted by this issue, as they do not require the same prior ‘delivered’ logic for subsequent sends. Additionally, the legacy email tool is not impacted by this issue.
Our team is actively working to address this issue, and an update will be sent as soon as a resolution is determined.
