Critical defect in Online Application 2602.8

We have identified a critical defect in Online Application package version 2602.8. This defect only impacts clients who are using forms that were migrated using the App Form Migration Tool.

The defect presents when a student attempts to start a new application using any migrated form, by displaying an error that indicates "You cannot start a new application for this term."

If you have not previously migrated any Application Forms, or are not using the TargetX Online Application, your org is not impacted by this defect. To verify if your org is impacted, you may want to run a report on App Forms – impacted forms would show different values in the fields for Application Form ID and Unique ID. This behavior is expected after use of the migration tool.

We understand the impact these tools have on your daily business. We are actively working to address this defect and will provide a fix in the April package.

We will share the updated package version as soon as it is available.

Premier Services customers will be contacted by the Premier team regarding any necessary updates.

If you have questions or need assistance with installing the new package when it is available, please reach out to Support via the TargetX User Community
