[5 PM Update 3/11/23] Technical Alert RESOLVED: App Review Outage 

The issue that caused Application Review PDFs to time-out/fail has been fully resolved at this time. Application Reviews are available, and bookmarks are working as expected for all users. If your organization had turned off caching as a temporary solution, you may restart/reschedule the Cache Batch job, and turn caching back on. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue and appreciate your patience. A full Root Cause Analysis will be sent next week. If you are having a current technical issue, please submit a Support Case via the TargetX User Community

[2 PM Update 3/10/23] Our technical team continues investigating the issue causing Application Review PDFs to time-out and/or fail.

We are working with our backend partners to determine the cause and correct the issue. An update will be provided by 5 pm Eastern or as soon as the issue is resolved, whichever comes first. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Customer attempts to load application review PDFs are timing out. Our technical team is investigating the issue currently, and we will provide an update by 2pm Eastern or as soon as the issue is resolved, whichever comes first. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
