November '22 Release Notes
This release includes enhancements for Base, Events, and Retention and defect fixes for Group Assignment, Portal, Base, Email, Engage, Online Application, Applicant Dashboard, Communities, Application Review, and Surveys. New Features and Enhancements
Base

- Captcha is now supported for Event forms. For more information, see Creating a new Events TX Form.
Events
VERSION 2211.4
- Students will receive a warning if they attempt to book an appointment that overlaps with another. For more information, see Understanding how Students Schedule Appointments and Interviews.
- Modality Type has been added to the Organization Event Name record.

Group Assignment

(CL-1739) Users were unable to remove all members from a Group.
Portal

- (CL-1763) The URL scanner identified URLs that should be updated for Enhanced Domains, but the updated URL values could be incorrect. In the audit tool, this displayed erroneous updates.
- (PD-4873) Numerous Accessibility issues have been corrected for various elements, contrast, and headings.

- (CL-1763) The Email scanner for Enhanced Domains was producing unexpected results for institutions that had the same name for My Domain and Sites/Experience Subdomain.

- (CL-1763) The URL scanner identified URLs that should be updated for Enhanced Domains, but the updated URL values could be incorrect. In the audit tool, this displayed erroneous updates.
- (CL-1764, CL-1768) Social Share icons were not working properly in Email Templates.

(CL-1741) The Engage Advisor and Engage Admin packaged permission sets have been renamed to include ‘(managed)’ to distinguish them from permission sets generated from the TargetX Permission Scanner.
Online Application

- (CL-1406) Visibility conditions for reusable card on the Master App form were creating multiple records.
- (CL-1720) Restricted Picklist Options could not be updated when part of an Option group.
- (CL-1759) The Enable Uploaded File Types Check setting was preventing the upload of jpeg files.
