December '22 Release Notes
This release includes enhancements for Base, Email, Events, Application Review, and TX SMS and defect fixes for Base, Payment Connector, Events, Recruitment Manager, OnlineApplication, and Engage. For details on the benefits of upgrading, see: December '22 - Why should I upgrade?
New Features and Enhancements
Base
VERSION 2212.4
- TX Forms now supports multi-select picklists. For more information, see Working with Multi-Select Picklist Values in the article Adding a Question to Your TX Form.
VERSION 2212.0
- A Tik Tok social media icon is now available in the Email footer.
Events
VERSION 2212.4
- Users can now edit existing Event Registrations for non-paid events.
Application Review
VERSION 2212.0
- Apex classes using older Salesforce API versions have been removed and deprecated.

Base
VERSION 2212.4
- (CL-1750) TX Forms was generating an error “There was a problem submitting your registration” message if a validation rule was met.
- (CL-1786) The Sites drop-down was not displaying sites when Enhanced Domains was enabled.
- (CL-1705) Users were unable to select a School in TX Forms.
Payment Connector

- (CL-738) Nelnet HPP payments were intermittently not posted back to the CRM.
Events
VERSION 2212.4
- (CL-1489) Staff couldn’t see other staff members’ Salesforce Events in the Appointment Calendar.
- (CL-1705) Users were unable to select a School in TX Forms.
- (CL-1750) TX Forms was generating an error “There was a problem submitting your registration” message if a validation rule was met.
- (CL-1782) Appointment Scheduler availability entered without Location or Meeting Link information was causing unhelpful or nondescriptive user errors.
Recruitment Manager
VERSION 2212.0
- (CL-1749) Clients who have made the move to EDA were experiencing issues with the delivered TargetX_SRMb__rateForAccount Visualforce page component called rateForAccount displaying incorrect data.
Engage
VERSION 2212.1
- (PD-2548) Users were receiving an error when trying to end a Session that had been running for many days.
Online Application
VERSION 2212.0
- (CL-1766) Users were unable to edit Key Questions if Prevent Multiple Applications was checked in the App Config
- (CL-1800) Options in picklists were duplicated in Safari on iOS and Mac.
- (CL-1515) When users were idle, they were not given a warning message that they would be logged out of the system, and subsequent error messages were confusing.
