August '25

  • Enhancements and defect fixes for the Communication Planner, featuring both a new package and backend deployment.
May '25
  • Packages have been updated to Salesforce API version 62.
  • Communication Planner enhancements:
    • Email Recipient details are available in the Activity Center.
    • New fields have been added to track bounced emails.
    • Batch jobs can be managed from settings.
  • A new payment connector for Nelnet Campus Commerce Checkout is available.
  • The Recruitment Manager package no longer includes an installation script for updating Access Keys.
  • TX Forms enhancements:
    • Custom URL redirects let you define the destination for an embedded form.
    • Saved Responses allow you to view responses collected on your form(s).

February '25

  • Communication Planner Quick Messages allow you to deliver content to a specific group of recipients as a one-time event.
  • TX Forms enhancements:

    • Form Versioning, allowing you to create draft versions without affecting the active version of your forms.

    • Enables you to reference read-only fields, such as ID and formula fields, within the form builder.

    • For URL prefill, you can alternatively use an Access key instead of Record ID fields to safely match records without creating duplicates.

  • Resolved defects for Applicant Dashboard, Communication Planner, Engage, Events, Online Application, Recruitment Manager, and Retention.
