Training Activity Examples

For report training activities, effective activities would be to create reports. Therefore, ensure your org is ready with data so reports will populate. Here are some examples of scenarios that may be used during training (however, each institution/campus have different needs, ensure that the scenarios are common asks your team will encounter):

  • I want to know which students have scheduled appointments with me this week.
  • I want to see a list of all of my students who have a success score below a certain threshold, who have outstanding action items, and which items are incomplete so I can provide information on next steps for the students.
  • You need a list of walk-in meetings (held via Engage) over the last week, organized by date and the name of the person the student met with.
