Training Activity Examples

  • Create a list of events:
    • Happening this week, last week, and next week
    • All events of a specific type, category or with a specific keyword
  • Event Preferences Jeopardy
  • Event Creation Exercise
    • Provide specs, users create events based on specs
  • Role Playing:
    • Pretend to be a student and register or check-in using a QR code
    • Student calls and asks you to register them for the event
    • On event day someone shows up with double their stated guests. What do you do?
    • On event day there is a walk-in. How do you handle them?
