Official GMAT Scores

GMAT Online Test

If you took the GMAT Online test (also known as GMAT Focus), send your scores to the code below. Note that these test scores will be sent directly to your programs and will not appear in your application. Contact your programs to confirm that they received your official scores.

GMAT In-person Test

Official GMAT In-person (also known as GMAT Focus) scores are submitted electronically to Texas A&M University directly from Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) using a program-specific GMAT code. Programs can only see scores that are sent with their code. Review the list below to determine if your program has a GMAT code. If your program is not on this list, contact them directly to determine how you should report your scores. Paper copies are not accepted.

Official GMAT scores from GMAC can be received by Texas A&M University at any point during the application cycle, even after your application is submitted; however, some programs may have a deadline by which they want your scores posted. Once your official GMAT scores are attached to your application, they cannot be removed.

Submitting Your Official GMAT Scores to Texas A&M University

  1. Self-report your GMAT scores in the Standardized Tests section of the application and include your GMAT ID number. Additionally, enter your date of birth in the Biographic Information section. These must be listed for your official scores to be matched to your application.
  2. Review the list of program-specific GMAT codes below to determine your program's GMAT code, if applicable. If you are applying to multiple programs, supply each individual code to GMAC to ensure that all programs can view your scores.
  3. Provide the codes to GMAC and request that your scores be released. Check with GMAC about their turnaround and processing times.
  4. After GMAC processing, scores are sent to Texas A&M University in batches and then posted to applications daily. Only scores that you requested using the program-specific codes will post to your application. You can view scores attached to your application in the Standardized Tests section of the Check Status tab.

Missing Test Scores

It is your responsibility to follow up on any missing GMAT scores in a timely manner. Before contacting Texas A&M University customer service, first confirm if and when GMAC sent your scores to Texas A&M University and confirm your program's Texas A&M University GMAT code.

If you confirmed that GMAC sent your scores to Texas A&M University and your scores are not posted at least one week after your test date, contact customer service and provide them with the following details:

  • First and last names
  • Date of birth
  • CAS ID
  • GMAT ID
  • GMAT program code
  • Test date
  • Date scores were sent by GMAC

We will use this information to determine if we have received the batch and to locate your scores, if possible. If your scores aren't found, we will contact GMAC to troubleshoot.

Note: if your name or date of birth appears differently on your GMAT than it does on your Texas A&M University application, your scores will not automatically post to your account. This often happens with applicants with hyphens, apostrophes, etc., in their names. Wait until GMAC processes the scores, then contact customer service so they can manually connect the scores to your application.
