Updated Forms Manager

Starting November 9, the new Forms Manager provides a smarter and more flexible option for current forms and evaluations. You can use forms to build and send custom documents, competency evaluations, or other key program forms to trainees, supervisors, and faculty members. This release brings four major updates:

  • New user interface: provides a more modern and intuitive navigation for users.
  • Form building flexibility: provides more control over form layout and formatting.
  • Simplified form version and delivery: provides a clear view of which form version you are editing and sending, as well as easily alerting when you cannot send a form and why.
  • Streamlined submission management view: provides a single dashboard to efficiently track all submissions, monitor progress in real time, and identify outstanding submissions.
