Several updates have been made to the Form Manager and its workflow, including:
- When building forms, your changes no longer automatically save; you must click Save after making any changes.
- When a recipient is completing their part of a form workflow, the Form Submission page now shows the form's status and version date in the top left. Additionally, if a form data field, such as school, training site, or term, is blank, a dash appears in the field value; previously, it was left blank.
- When previewing or completing a form, questions assigned to a specific workflow recipient are now highlighted in blue. Additionally, every question in a form now has a recipient indicator.
- When an institutional administrator selects the Primary Supervisor Only filter, they can continue to the next step when sending a form; previously, they received an error message.
