Purchase a New Subscription

For mobile and web apps.

If you have an existing Time2Track account and you are using Time2Track on your own, this means that you must purchase your Time2Track subscription. You can purchase a subscription in either the mobile or web app.

If you have an active paid subscription and you purchase a new subscription, the new subscription will start once your existing subscription cycle ends. Be sure to review Cancel Recurring Billing first before purchasing a new subscription.

Alternatively, if you have a pending free trial (i.e., you created your Time2Track individual account using the 30-day free trial), you can purchase a subscription to continue using your account. Note the following:

  • If you purchase a subscription in the mobile app, you'll be charged immediately and your subscription begins immediately. Your pending free trial will end once you purchase the subscription.
  • If you purchase a subscription in the web app, your subscription will begin once your pending free trial ends.
    • If you purchase a monthly or one-year recurring plan, you'll be charged once your subscription begins.
    • If you purchase a multi-year plan, you'll be charged immediately.

To purchase a new subscription:

  1. Log in to https://app.time2track.com/login or the Time2Track mobile app.
  2. If you don't have an active subscription, then navigate to Settings > Subscription > Purchase Subscription. If you have an active subscription, then navigate to Settings > Subscription > Change or Cancel Subscription.
  3. Select and confirm the plan that works best for you. Review Subscription Plan Options for more information.
  4. Enter your payment information, then click Subscribe.

Subscription Plan Options

Review the subscription plan options available to you in the Time2Track mobile and web apps. You may need to switch between Time2Track apps to purchase or manage your subscription plans.

If you purchased a monthly or yearly subscription plan, you'll automatically be enrolled in a recurring billing plan, which you can cancel at any time. You'll receive several reminder emails, typically 10 and two days before the subscription expires, alerting you that your credit card is about to be charged. See Cancel Your Subscription for more information on canceling your recurring billing plan.
