Social Security Number (SSN) Acknowledgement
The SSN is used to provide students an annual Education Tax Credit Statement (1098-T), process federal financial aid, Veterans benefits, and military tuition assistance, and for identification purposes as required by law. Review the Use of Social Security Number document and acknowledge that you read and understand how the University uses your SSN.

Indicate your primary language spoken at home, your native language, and if you have any interest in only applying to the non-credit Intensive English Program.
