  • Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM ET (4 AM – 1 PM HT).
  • For the quickest response, contact us by chat. Chat is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • We typically respond to emails within two to three business days.
  • Be sure to have your CAS ID number (located under your name in the upper-right corner of the application) when contacting us.
