UMHS Cycle Dates

Important Application Dates

Review the important application cycle dates below. In some instances, the individual program's deadline may differ from the application's cycle dates. To view a program's deadline date, click Add Program and review the information under Deadline. You can submit your application up until 11:59 PM ET on the deadline date.

While the cycle close date is the final date you can submit your UMHS application, UMHS has additional final application processing dates for managing your application. Note the dates and submission times below.

Dates for the New 2024-2025 Cycle

These are the dates for the January 2025, May 2025, and September 2025 terms.

The UMHS application cycle opens.	January 16, 2024
The UMHS application cycle closes. The last date you can: Create an account. Submit your application. Request recommendations.	September 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
The last date your transcripts are matched to your application. Be sure to request your transcripts in advance so they are received by this date.	September 26, 2025 at 5 PM ET
The last date your recommmenders can submit their recommendations. If you are in the Undelivered status, this is the last date you can re-submit your application.	September 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
All application processing ends.	September 29, 2025 at 5 PM ET
