Unofficial Transcripts
You only need to submit an official transcript from the university where you earned your undergraduate (bachelor’s) degree. If you are a Doctoral applicant, you must also submit an official transcript from the university where you earned your master’s degree. You do not need to submit official transcripts for coursework completed at other schools or universities. View the University of San Diego Graduate Admission site for more information.
In this section, you can upload unofficial copies of your transcript from the institution where you will earn or have earned your bachelor's degree. You can obtain an unofficial transcript by:
- Going to your institution's Registrar's office or website and requesting an unofficial transcript (recommended), or
- Ordering an official transcript and sending it to yourself.
Once you have a copy of your transcript, you can then scan and upload it under Official Transcript (Copy). Note that a copy of your transcript from an online student portal is not accepted.
If you are admitted, you must submit official transcripts to University of San Diego from all previously attended institutions.
