Sprint 3 – February 25, 2018

About These Release Notes

This document provides a summary of the new features and enhancements available in the Sprint 3 release. If you have any questions about these features, please contact your Account Manager.

New Features and Enhancements

Applicant Portal Enhancements

The following enhancement is available for the Applicant Portal as part of Sprint 3.

1. Invitation Codes for Individual Program Deadline Extensions

Note that this enhancement is a configurable, optional feature available to all CASs for the next cycle launch. Please see your Account Manager for more information.

You can now offer invitation codes to applicants who request a deadline extension. Invitation codes are specific to the organization; they can be used by applicants to apply for a closed program within that organization, or to add a closed program within that organization to their application and then apply to it.

Invitation codes must be requested from your Account Manager or Customer Solutions Manager, who will send them to you in a file. When an applicant requests a deadline extension, you can then send the applicant the invitation code to enter in their application.

WebAdMIT Enhancements

The following enhancements are available for WebAdMIT as part of Sprint 3.

1. PCAT CID Added to List Manager and Export Manager

Note that this enhancement is available immediately for all CASs that collect applicant-reported PCAT scores.

We are happy to announce that the PCAT CID field for applicant-reported PCAT scores is now available to search by in the List Manager and export from the Export Manager. This field is located under the Applicant Reported PCAT field grouping in both tools.

2. Invitation Codes for Individual Program Deadline Extensions

Note that this enhancement is a configurable, optional feature available to all CASs for the next cycle launch. Please see your Account Manager for more information.

If you offer invitation codes to applicants who request a deadline extension, you can use both the Export Manager to export the invitation codes used and the List Manager to search by the invitation codes used. This new field is named Invitation Code and is located under the Designation field grouping.

In a later release, the Invitation Code field will be featured in the Designation panel on applicant pages in WebAdMIT.
