New Features and Enhancements

Applicant Portal Enhancements

The following enhancement is available for the Applicant Portal as part of Sprint 20.

Partial Save for Program Materials Section

Information about this enhancement was updated on October 18, 2018.

Note that this enhancement is available immediately for all CASs.

Applicants can now save their incomplete responses in the Program Materials section and return later to complete them.

Configuration Portal Enhancements

The following enhancement is available for the Configuration Portal as part of Sprint 20.

Automatic Program Fee Waiver

This enhancement is only available for CASs that allow every program to set their own fee and must be approved by the CAS association or UniCAS client for use in the next cycle launch. If activated, this enhancement will be available for all participating programs in the next cycle launch. CAS association and UniCAS clients: contact your Account Manager for more information or to enable this feature.

You can now configure an automatic program fee waiver based upon an applicant’s response to a question. After creating the question in the Configuration Portal, you can select Fee Waiver Qualification and the answers that qualify for the fee waiver.

WebAdMIT Enhancements

The following enhancement is available for WebAdMIT as part of Sprint 20.

Transcript Fields in List Manager

Note that this enhancement is available immediately for all CASs that include the Transcript field grouping in the Export Manager.

You can now search by the Transcript field grouping in the List Manager. This field grouping includes the following fields:

Transcript Received Date
Transcript College
Transcript College Code

Reviewing & Scoring Applicants Regional Training in Los Angeles, CA	October 16, 2018	Register now for our Reviewing & Scoring Applicants live training in Los Angeles, CA. Participants will learn how to make the best use of the Assignments and Interviews features in WebAdMIT through a series of hands-on exercises led by a WebAdMIT expert. They will learn how to rank applicants and pinpoint the most qualified candidates while networking with peers to learn how others are using WebAdMIT to achieve their admissions goals. Participants who successfully complete this course are eligible to earn 0.8 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Sandbox Environment Refresh	October 29, 2018	The WebAdMIT Sandbox environment (sandbox.webadmit.org) will be refreshed with current (cleansed) production data and program configurations. Any test exports, custom fields, etc., in the current sandbox will be overwritten.
