Manage Your Directory

Overview

Here you can create profiles for faculty members who teach in your program, clinical sites that your program uses, and preceptors who participate in your program. These are all required for submitting the Annual Report.

Additionally, you can:

• Search for faculty members, clinical sites, and preceptors using the Search field.
• View all faculty members (and reset your view after a search) by clicking View All Profiles.
• Sort columns by clicking the column name.

Adding a Faculty Member, Clinical Site, or Preceptor

1. Under the applicable subtab, click Add Profile.
2. Complete all required fields.
3. Click Save.

Editing a Faculty Member, Clinical Site, or Preceptor

1. Under the applicable subtab, click View/Edit under the Action column.
2. Make any changes, as needed.
3. Click Save.

Deleting a Faculty Member, Clinical Site, or Preceptor

1. Under the applicable subtab, click Delete under the Action column.
2. Click OK in the confirmation window.
