Update Your Annual Report

Overview

In the Annual Rpt tab, you can review the status of your Annual Report and submit it once completed. Note that once all sections are completed, the chair and dean (and other administrators for residency program accreditation) must review and approve the Annual Report before it is submitted to the association.

Completing Annual Report Sections

  1. In the Annual Report subtab, click the section name from the Section column.
  2. Complete all required fields.
  3. Click Save. If desired, you can proceed to the next section by clicking Next.

Reviewing and Downloading a Copy of the Annual Report

In the Review subtab, click the Print Annual Report button to download a copy of the Annual Report. If you want to review all components of the Annual Report, click the section name under the Section column.

Annual Report History

In the History subtab, you can view previous years' Annual Reports. To view a specific year, select it from the Change Cycle drop-down. You can download a copy of the Annual Report by clicking the Print Annual Report button, or click each section name to view the information.
