Program Requirements

Under this section, you can activate and deactivate the custom Configuration Portal features for a CAS. Programs can then choose to configure these options in the Configuration Portal.

  1. Select if each feature is on.
  2. If the feature is activated, the name turns blue. You can edit the name by clicking on the text and entering the new name. If you update the name, it automatically updates the name of the section in the Configuration and Applicant Portals for any program already using that feature.

Note that if you need to enable the College Transcripts and Coursework feature in the Configuration Portal, you must activate it in Colleges Attended under the Academic History section. Review the table to learn how an applicant's final application status and GPAs are affected.

Evaluations

Here you can activate program-level evaluations, which are listed in the Program Materials section. If you choose this option, you can select as many evaluation form types as needed. If you need to create more evaluation form types, go to Evaluation Forms.

Programs can then choose to collect evaluations, which evaluation types, and the number of evaluations in the Configuration Portal.

  1. Select if program-level evaluations are activated.
  2. Select that evaluation types are available.
  3. Select which evaluation form types are available to programs to select from.
  4. Click Save.

Note that once programs configure their program-level evaluations, this feature can't be deactivated.

Documents

Here you can activate program-level documents, which are listed in the Program Materials section. If you choose this option, you can create as many document types as needed. Programs can then choose to collect documents, which document types, and the number of documents.

  1. Select if program-level documents are activated.
  2. Click the edit icon to view the available document types.
  3. Click Add Document Type.
  4. Enter the document type name.
  5. Click Save.

You can edit and delete existing document types by clicking the edit and delete icons, respectively.
