PharmCAS Application Cycle Dates

Review the important application cycle dates below. In some instances, the individual program's deadline may differ from the application's cycle dates. To view a program's deadline date, click Add Program and review the information under Deadline. You can submit your application up until 11:59 PM HT on the deadline date.

While the cycle close date is the final date you can submit your PharmCAS application, PharmCAS has additional final application processing dates for managing your application. Note the dates and submission times below.

Note that you cannot create an account or submit documentation to PharmCAS prior to the opening date. For information on specific Pharm.D. program deadlines, see Participating Programs and Eligibility.

Dates for the 2023-2024 Cycle

The PharmCAS application cycle opens.	July 13, 2023
The Fall Academic Update (AU) window opens.	December 15, 2023
The Fall Academic Update (AU) window closes.	February 15, 2024
The Spring Academic Update (AU) window opens (only for applicants who have been accepted to one or more PharmCAS schools).	April 15, 2024
The PharmCAS application cycle closes. The last date you can: Create an account. Submit your application. Request evaluations. Order Professional Transcript Entry (PTE).	July 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM HT
The last date your transcripts and official test scores are matched to your application. Be sure to request your transcripts and official test scores in advance so they are received by this date. If you submitted updated coursework during the Academic Update (AU) periods, this is the last date your updated transcripts are matched to your application. No new application materials will be accepted or processed after this date. PCAT scores will continue to be matched to your application until September 1, 2024.	July 1, 2024 at 5 PM ET
The Spring Academic Update (AU) window closes. The last date your evaluators can submit their evaluations. If you used the Professional Transcript Entry (PTE) service, this is the last date you can approve your PTE.	July 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM HT
If you are in the Undelivered status, this is the last date you can re-submit your application.	July 3, 2024 at 11:59 PM HT
The last date you can be verified. All application processing ends.	July 9, 2024 at 5 PM ET
