Creating a TX SMS Message Template

  1. Last updated
  2. Save as PDF
  1. Navigate to home.targetx.com.
  2. Click SMS.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click Message Templates.
  5. Enter the following information:
    • Name
    • Content is the message that will be sent. 
    • Global toggle will make the Message Template available to ALL users in your Organization.

  1. Save your changes.
