Creating a TX SMS Message Template

Creating a TX SMS Message Template

Navigate to home.targetx.com.
Click SMS.
Click Settings.
Click Message Templates.
Enter the following information:
- Name
- Content is the message that will be sent. You can include Merge Fields by entering
  ParseError: EOF expected (click for details)

- Global toggle will make the Message Template available to ALL users in your Organization.

create template

Save your changes.
If you included Merge Fields, you will receive a message that the system will validate that the report includes the field you have merged:

Select Confirm to Save your changes.
