- You can view a list of recipients of Bulk Messages along with a status indicating whether the message was received or failed. For details, see Sending Bulk SMS.

- TX SMS Activity logging functionality operates more efficiently. The updated process combines TX SMS activity records into groups of 10k or less and uploads to your org using the Salesforce bulk API instead of individual record uploads. These changes:
- Reduce API usage.
- Decrease record upload time.
- Decrease activity record processing time.

Defect Corrections
- (CL-1845) Email Notifications were not sent for some users.
- (CL-1823) Messaging Services associated with an inactive Inbox were no longer available to assign to a new Inbox.

- We are excited to introduce TX SMS Email Notifications. This is the ability to configure email alerts for unread SMS messages. This feature makes it easier for users who may not be sitting at their computer or have infrequent SMS traffic to monitor when there are incoming messages that need a response. Notifications are configurable on a per-inbox basis. For more information, see Enabling Email Notifications in TX SMS.

- Users can now select a Salesforce Report Folder when creating a Report for sending Bulk SMS.

- Added Salesforce logging for bulk messages. When you send a bulk message and Opt to Log it, we’ll create a task in the activity feed for each recipient with the name of the bulk message, the time, the sender, and the message content.
- Make sure your users have the appropriate task permissions to use this feature! For more information, see Logging Contact Activity for Bulk SMS messages.

- Added ability to view Chat history. Users can view chat history in any inbox to which they have access.

- Added support for non-US default country codes. If you are based outside the United States, you can go to the Other Settings page to change the default value. This will make outgoing texts to in-country phone numbers more forgiving of improperly formatted numbers.

- In some circumstances, the right-side contact details panel was not refreshing after the app had been open in a tab for a long time.
- Messages sent by a staff member without access to the inbox in question were displayed incorrectly in the chat history.

- In rare circumstances, attempting a bulk send to a report that had not yet been mapped was possible, which would be an error. This now prompts you to map the columns in your report.
