Resolving issues when Form Assembly goes down

Important: This article is related to the OLD Version of Forms, i.e. TargetX Forms. For a list of articles on the NEW Version (TX Forms), see: TX Forms.

• If you’ve never configured TargetX forms, complete the steps outlined in the article How to Configure TargetX Forms for Events.

• If you previously configured TargetX forms, you can quickly switch to TargetX forms by updating your Events Settings:

1. Navigate to the Events Settings tab.
   1. If you don’t have an Event Settings tab, please see Accessing Events Custom Settings in the article Configuring Custom Settings for Events.

2. Scroll to the Event Forms Options section.
3. Select Event Form Type = TargetX Forms.
4. Click New Form to create a new Targetx Form for Events or select an existing form for Default TargetX Form.
5. Save your changes.
