Managing Appointment Attendance

Once a Student schedules an Appointment, their attendance can be tracked in several ways:

Appointment Calendar

  1. Navigate to the Appointment Calendar tab.
  2. Click the appointment you wish to update.
  3. Select the radio button for the appropriate attendance option:
    • Attended
    • No Show
    • Canceled
  4. Enter any notes in the Appointment Notes field.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. The Appointment Calendar will update the appointment to the appropriate color based on your selections:

Note: Notes entered on the appointment will display under the TargetX Note related list with a Related Type = Appointments.

Student/Contact

  1. Navigate to the Student/Contact tab.
  2. Click the Student you wish to view/update attendance.
  3. Navigate to the History-related list.
  4. Click the Contact Schedule Item record you wish to view/update.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Select the checkbox for the appropriate attendance option:
