June 2021

  • Formula and Numeric fields will only display decimals when the configuration allows for decimals to be entered. Previously, the value of 2019 was displayed as 2019.000000.

May 2021

  • The Order Number field in Group Assignments will now handle ordering Decimal Values as whole integers. Both the Create and Edit forms now allow decimal inputs, but will be ordered appropriately and converted to integers once Saved.
    • For example: If there are two existing groups, A (order=1) and B (order=2). When creating group C and the User adds an order = 1.5. On Save, the groups will be ordered as A (1), C (2), B(3).

  • Administrators now have the ability to configure triggers in a production environment.

  • The Group Assignment (GAS) tool has been re-engineered to utilize triggers for each target object, improving performance while providing new tool within the GAS UI to manage and create triggers for target objects.  In addition a new validation feature has been added to the migration sequence confirming a successful deploy prior to migration from sandbox to production.  These new GAS tools can be found under the new Publish Settings menu.

  • Users can now assign triggers to objects, view detailed information of the Objects with Triggers, Make Triggers Active/Assign Groups, and determine which triggers are deployed as part of the migration process to production.

  • A New GAS Trigger feature includes a settings menu that provides Admins with the option to select Publish Settings which opens a new Group Assignment Objects modal that displays all current object triggers and available objects. Administrators can then assign triggers to objects, view detailed information of the Objects with Triggers, Make Triggers Active/Assign Groups, and determine which triggers are deployed as part of the migration process to production.

  • Create new groups and edit existing groups within the same screen.
  • Define criteria for rules based assignments on each group individually.
