Banner Logo:  min-height 80px, min-width 80px
Content Block in 1-column image:  min-height 150px, min-width 1024px

Content Block in 2-column or 3-column:  min-height 150px, min-width 600px
 

Note: To remove white space from around images, you will need to set the padding to 0 for both the Image AND the section.
